Tous les conducteurs additionnels doivent remplir les mêmes conditions d'âge et de permis de conduire que le locataire. Aucun frais pour un conducteur additionnel.

Assurance pour dommages collision sans égard à la responsabilité (ACF)
L'ACF réduit la responsabilité du locataire à 100 000,00 JPY ou 150 000,00 JPY (selon la catégorie de véhicule) pour les dommages subis par le véhicule.
La Super ACF peut être achetée dans les magasins locaux à 1 300 JPY par jour ou 2 300 par jour selon la catégorie de véhicules (taxe non comprise)
La Super ACF réduit la responsabilité du locataire à 0 JPY pour les dommages subis par le véhicule. Toutefois, la Super ACR ne couvre pas les frais de non-exploitation.

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept: American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, MasterCard/Access/Eurocard and Visa credit cards.
Debit Card Policies
Debit cards are not accepted.
Drivers License
You will need your passport and International Driving Permit (IDP), recognized under the Geneva Convention. The IDP must have an expiry date of one year after issue. It will be valid in Japan one year after entering the country (immigration stamp). IDP recognized under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943), Vienna Convention (1968) are not permitted in Japan. IDP issued in Japan will not be accepted. If you hold a driving permit from Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Switzerland or Taiwan you may use your driving permit in Japan for one year after arrival, as long as you provide a Japanese translation of the permit. Please bring both documents and passport to our store.
You may issue a Japanese translation at your embassy, consulate, or JAF(Japan Automobile Federation). If you hold a permit from Taiwan, you must issue a translation from JAF or the East Asia Relations Commission.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

Travel Into Other Countries
What countries am I allowed to take the vehicle to?
You are covered by third party liability insurance only when you use the vehicle in the country listed on the insurance green card.
Your additional coverages only apply when you use the vehicle in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Metropolitan France, Monaco, Northern Ireland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain (continental), Sweden, Switzerland (exception for vans), United Kingdom.
Can I buy a product to allow me to drive in other countries?
No, regrettably, we do not offer any products which enable you to drive in other countries.

In Japan, we do not accept early/late return except during business hours as there is no drop box in all locations.
