The Avis Pay Now deal is available at participating locations only.
Not all car groups are included in the Pay Now deal.
This discounted rate may not apply if the rental period is changed, the vehicle is swapped for another type of car, or other rental terms are changed.
This savings rate does not apply to taxes or other fees.
Cancellation fees still apply to your rental.
The prepaid amount is not refunded in the case that the rental is missed.

The savings of up to 30% off base rates applies to Avis Pay Now rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental. Offer does not apply to car group X All taxes, fees (including but not limited Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Traveler Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) are extra.
