Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

How do you find Avis at YOW Airport?

The Avis Ottawa Airport rental counter is located on Level 1 (P1) of the parkade, across the street from airport arrivals. Once your flight lands, simply follow the signs to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage and then exit the building to cross the street to the parkade.

Return your YOW car rental at 1003 Airport Parkway, Ottawa. As you approach the airport, stay right, following the signs for Rental Return instead of turning into the first parkade entrance. Continue to follow the Rental Return signs to the left when the road forks. You’ll enter the parkade on the side facing the terminal.
