Cash rentals are allowed and are subject to cash qualification.
Renters must be cash qualified at the rental counter. For additional information, renters may contact the rental counter directly.

Optional Coverages
Collision Damage Waiver is optional
Customer is liable for an amount ranging from $26,000.00 USD to $48,000.00 USD, depending on car group rented, if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not purchased. If CDW is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from $2,600.00 USD to $4,800.00 USD, depending on car group rented.
Theft Protection (TP) is optional
Customer is liable for an amount ranging from $26,000.00 USD to $48,000.00 USD, depending on car group rented, if Theft Protection (TP) is not purchased. If TP is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to an amount ranging from $2,600.00 USD to $4,800.00 USD, depending on car group rented.
Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.

Drivers License
At the time of rentals, the driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a drivers license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license..
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) - Available for sale at the counter.
Each person in the vehicle at the time of the incident is covered up to 10 Million ZMK.
This applies to medical and death benefits but not personal property.
Does not apply to persons under 18 years or over 65 years of age.
Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance at the time of rental.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
