Avis has plenty of rental car options in Orlando, but be sure to book early if you want to reserve a minivan, passenger van, or full-size SUV. Each of these vehicles seat 7 or more. Preferred Service
Take tram to main terminal (exits on 3rd level). Follow signs and use escalator or elevator to baggage claim facility on the 2nd level. Take the elevator or escalator (near Carousels 6 & 13) down to the tunnel level. Walk across the tunnel to the garage and take the elevator to the second level. Exit the elevator and proceed to the Avis kiosk inside the garage.
The Preferred desk closes at 1:00 AM so, after that time, the customer will need to pick up the car at the level 1 terminal location.
TIME for tram ride: 1 minute
DISTANCE from counter to garage: 50 yds.
General Directions
Follow signs to baggage claim on Level 1 to find the Avis counter.
From Terminal A, cars are located on the second floor of the parking garage which is across from the rental counter.
From Terminal B, cars are located on the second floor of the parking garage which is across from the rental counter.
Returns: Follow the airport signs to your departure terminal, and then follow the signs to the Avis Rental Car Return.
Flight info required: Airline code MUST be included on the reservation to direct staffing & fleet to the correct terminal/counter.,WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis car rental lot.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
