Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

Optional Coverages
Collision Damage Waiver is optional
CDW reduces the renters liability to the amount of insurance excess stated in the insurance table. Available at all stations - please note that this is a counter sell product only.
Inefective when renter/second driver is under influence of alcohol, drugs.
Insurance or protection plans buyed from third party providers don't reduce customers' liability and amount of security deposit in case of damage or theft.
Theft Protection (TP) is optional
Customer is liable for an amount ranging from 200.00 to 400.00 EUR, depending on the car group rented, if Theft Protection (TP) is purchased. If TPis not purchased customer liable for an amount ranging from 100,000.00 to 30,000.00 EUR depending on car size rented.
Note: Super coverage is available for purchase for 20.00 EUR to 54.00 EUR depending on car group rented. Purchase of Super Coverage will reduce customer liability to zero.

Credit Card Policies
Avis accepts Avis Charge Card, MasterCard and Visa.
A deposit amount from a minimum 1210.00 EUR to a maximum 3630.00 EUR will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental if the price includes CDW and TP. If the price doesn`t include CDW and TP deposit amount is from a minimum 12,100.00 EUR up to 36,300.00 EUR.
Your deposit a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle or parking fines . This will be automatically released if there is no theft , damage or parking fines during the rental period. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorize/charge the above mentioned deposit. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the main driver name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
Debit cards, virtual cards, cards issued by online banks, cards without name and without numbers on it are not acceptable.

Drivers License
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name from their country of residence. Renter and all drivers must have held their license for at least 2 years. Customers presenting a drivers license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
Age Requirements
At this location the minimum age 20 for car groups A-C and 23 for all other car groups.
