RoleAs Rental Sales Agent, Dee is responsible for satisfying customer needs in every aspect of the customer's rental experience. On a daily basis, Dee provides product and service suggestions to customers to make their trip to Orlando as smooth as possible. She can be found at one of the two Orlando Airport Avis rental counters.
Favorite HobbyIn her spare time, Dee loves shopping. She also enjoys spending time with friends and playing with her dog.
What differentiates Avis from the competitors?"I would say customer service, because we are well trained in that area. Part of our training is to figure out customer needs based on questions we ask them. Often times a customer can look confused as to where they're going and I always try to help them. You have to sense and respond, it's part of what we do."
